About Hans Rasschaert
Hans was born in Belgium, Europe, more than 4 decades ago. That’s where he grew up and spent the first half of his busy life. Since then he has lived and worked as a director of sales and ultimately as a chief marketing officer in 3 different continents: 8 years in China and the past 8 years in The United States where he resides now. At the moment he calls Rochester, NY home.
While he started out in operational and project management, he always felt drawn to the sales side of the business. At the age of 29 he was the sales director of a multi-billion company. He is extremely goal driven and analytical but his other side of the brain kept acting up and his creativity couldn’t be stopped. Marketing was the next logical step. Eventually he became the CMO of a NY-state based company.
When that project ended he decided to start his own firm for one simple reason: CMO’s shouldn’t only be available to Fortune 500 companies or companies who already have multi-million dollar revenues. He wants to make his knowledge and experience available to everyone. From start-up to seasoned businesses. From small to medium to large companies: we should all have a chance to make it big (or bigger!)
